Ngako Solutions is the umbrella entity housing our product ventures; Synviotech LLC is the operating company behind this AI receptionist product. The team has spent years building automation and AI workflows for small-business operators — content production pipelines, CRM and pipeline automation, no-code data systems — and built Synviotech to productize the missed-call problem we kept seeing on every engagement.
