Questions partners ask before applying
How do you attribute the referral to me?
Every partner gets a unique link that drops a 90-day cookie. If the prospect signs up within 90 days of clicking your link — even if they came back via Google later — the referral is yours. We use GoHighLevel's native affiliate tracking under the hood.
What if my referral cancels?
You earn for every month they pay — month 6, month 60, month 600. If they cancel, your earnings stop at that customer's last paid month. Refunds within 60 days of a payment deduct that month's commission from your next payout. SaaS retention math: average B2B SaaS customer lifetime is 30–60 months. Your 30% rides every one of those.
Can I run paid ads to my referral link?
Yes, with two rules: (1) you can't bid on "Synviotech" or close variants on Google/Meta ads, and (2) all paid creative must accurately represent the product (no false claims about pricing or features). Anything else — organic, content, email, partnerships, podcasts — is fair game.
Can I become a partner if I'm already a customer?
Yes, and we encourage it. Your bill effectively disappears after two referrals. Your partner dashboard separates "your customer revenue" from "your referral earnings" so accounting stays clean.
How do payouts work?
PayPal, monthly, between the 5th and 10th of the month after the customer paid. The $200 first-sale bonus pays same day. Minimum monthly payout is $25; anything below carries over. We provide a 1099-NEC at year-end if your total earnings exceed $600.
Is the free Synviotech account really free?
Yes — for as long as you're an active partner. You get a Growth-tier account ($397/mo value) for your own business line. Run the AI receptionist on your own number, see the call recaps, watch the bookings come in. Two reasons we do this: (1) you'll pitch better because you've seen it work on your own line, and (2) it removes the "does it actually work?" objection because you've lived it.
