What we look for
If you'd be a great Synviotech teammate, you almost certainly already have these traits — we're describing them so you know we mean it, not as a checklist to pad your application against.
- Bias for the operator. You think about the HVAC owner answering calls from her truck cab. The dentist whose front desk is at lunch. The salon owner who lost three after-hours bookings last weekend. Every product decision is measured against their pain.
- Ship-and-iterate over polish-and-defer. The 70% version live tomorrow beats the 95% version in three months, almost always. You're comfortable inside that tradeoff.
- Voice AI craft. You can tell a great prompt from a mediocre one. You've shipped or operated AI agents in production. You know what failure modes to design around.
- Comfortable in someone else's stack. We build on top of GoHighLevel, Twilio, and a moving voice-AI layer. You see those constraints as a feature, not a limitation.
What we're sometimes looking for
- Voice AI prompt engineer / agent designer — shaping the production prompts that power our wrapper products.
- Niche solutions engineer — owning one vertical end-to-end (HVAC, dental, med spa, real estate). Sales + onboarding + retention.
- Customer success generalist — the human voice behind every Synviotech account.
